Stormy Daniels Arrested For This Bizarre Reason

Is Stormy on her way to the big house?

NBC News reports:

Adult film star Stormy Daniels, who claims she had an affair with Donald Trump and is suing the president, was arrested during a performance at an Ohio strip club, her lawyer said early Thursday. Stephanie Clifford, who is also known as Stormy Daniels, in a police booking photo released Thursday.Franklin County Sheriff’s OfficeMichael Avenatti told NBC News that Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was touched in a non-sexual manner while on stage.

An Ohio law known as the Community Defense Act prohibits anyone who isn’t a family member to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office later confirmed that Daniels had been charged with three misdemeanor sex offenses.
The porn star is due to appear in court on Friday.

Sirens Gentlemen’s Club confirmed that Daniels had performed at the Columbus venue on Wednesday night.Avenatti said that undercover vice officers arrested Daniels after she was touched by the customer. “We are confident she will be cleared of all charges,” Avenatti said. He added that Daniels intended to plead not guilty. She left the police station around 6 a.m. ET.

Apparently, it’s against the law to fondle undercover officers as a stripper in Ohio. Stormy allegedly grabbed the buttocks of an undercover officer, and slapped another patron with her breasts. This act is an misdemeanor in Ohio, but Stormy alleges that the arrest is politically motivated.

So, give it to Ohio for having some rather distinct laws. Daniels is on her “Make America Horny Again Tour”, where she has danced at gentlemens’ club. Daniels is cashing in on her recent accusations against President Trump, but probably didn’t anticipate that this would be the headline she would be getting. What goes around comes around, right?
